Job Title: Senior Network Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled network architect to lead our team's network infrastructure efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing network incidents, escalations, and security responses.

Responsibilities
  • Manage network infrastructure, including design, implementation, and maintenance of network protocols, architectures, and technologies.
  • Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis efforts to resolve complex network problems.
  • Develop and implement network security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Networking, or related field.
  • 8+ years of professional working experience focusing on Network architecture.
  • 5+ years of network operation experience.
  • Expertise in network protocols, architectures, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, MP-BGP, EVPN).
  • In-depth understanding of networking concepts – Routing, switching, LAN/WAN, Spanning Tree protocol, HSRP, ARP, VLAN, Inter-VLAN Routing, OSPF, BGP, VxLAN, Cisco ACI, VxLAN BGP eVPN, SDA, SDWAN, etc.
  • Hands-on experience on routers and switches for advanced troubleshooting of network-related problems and incidents.
  • Logical and analytical thinking and problem analysis skills to troubleshoot complex network problems to isolate the root cause and provide suitable resolution.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and positive attitude.
  • Excellent team player and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • CCIE Certification is a must.
  • Data center experience is good to have.
