School Nurse and Student Support Professional
">- As a skilled School Nurse and Student Support Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of students in our educational setting. Your role will involve providing first aid and emergency care treatment to students who are injured or ill, as well as maintaining accurate records of student medical information.
Responsibilities:
">- Attend to students' injuries during school hours and provide first aid or emergency care treatment when necessary.
- Assist in handling illnesses or outbreak cases within the campus, including communicable diseases such as Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease and Covid-19.
- Communicate with parents and teachers regarding student illnesses or injuries.
- Conduct regular stock takes of first aid kits and ensure that contents are well supplied and not expired.
- Maintain the hygiene and tidiness of the sick-bay and monitor students' wellbeing during recess breaks.
Requirements:
">- Diploma in healthcare, nursing, or advanced first aid.
- Ability to work well with children.
- Prior experience working in an education setting is advantageous.
- Proficient in using Google documents and drives.
