About this Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Implementation Program Manager to lead complex customer software implementation programs and projects across the Asia Pacific region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction.

This is a hybrid position that requires collaboration with internal stakeholders, clients, and project teams. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee program or multiple projects' on-time delivery, profitability, and client value.
  • Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative interpersonal working relationships with clients.
  • Facilitate communication of project/program health and status with project teams, stakeholders, and sponsors.
  • Serve as representative and external spokesperson for the company on highly significant matters.
  • Prepare and participate in risk, issue, and opportunity identification and mitigation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience leading projects or programs.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in complex software project/program management, implementation, configuration, and delivery.
  • Minimum of 7 years working with external clients.
  • Strong business acumen and relationship skills needed to build partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and peers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering, Administration, Science & Technology or equivalent.
  • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, define, and manage services deployment opportunities, and drive efficiencies of customer success engagements/deployments through application of best practices.

Additional Information:

This requisition is an international, locally hired person. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.
