About the Job

This is a unique opportunity to work with a top 500 China company based in Singapore, specializing in medical devices and equipment production and sales.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling comprehensive HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, employment contracts, onboarding arrangements, employee relations, payroll/social insurance, employee compensation and benefits, income tax, etc.

You will also be responsible for office administration and maintenance, including office supplies procurement and management, asset management, office equipment maintenance, regular housekeeping, and office supplies replenishment.

Maintaining and updating employee attendance and leave records, social insurance categories, and medical cards are also key responsibilities.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in comprehensive HR activities.
  • Proficient in Singapore's Employment Act and other employment-related regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strict discipline, meticulous, responsible, hardworking, mature, with strong organizational skills.
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment with effective time management.

We offer a competitive salary of SGD $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
