Job Title: Senior Contract Specialist

Role Description:

The Senior Contract Specialist will lead a team of Quantity Surveyors in procurement and contract management. Key responsibilities include reviewing contract documents, providing cost estimates for tenders, and managing project budgets.

  • Review and analyze contract documents to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Develop and implement effective project budgeting strategies to minimize costs and maximize profits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential contract risks.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely finalization of main and subcontract agreements.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in contract negotiation, administration, and/or management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-oriented approach.
