Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Automation Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Engineer at a global leader in industrial automation and smart factory solutions, you will play a crucial role in developing new business opportunities and expanding customer networks across key industries including semiconductors, automation/robotics, and food and beverage etc.

  • Develop new business opportunities and expand customer networks through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline through CRM, from opportunity qualification to closure, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored solutions, prepare bills of materials, and deliver competitive quotations that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Grow and maintain key accounts, building long-term relationships and driving business growth.
  • Drive customer engagement through field visits, webinars, product launches, and technical seminars, promoting new product introductions and supporting proof-of-concept projects.
  • Evaluate customer needs and actively promote new product introductions, supporting customers in their digital transformation journeys.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Controls, or related fields.
  • About 3 years' experience in technical sales applications of sensors, IO-Link, RFID, or related automation solutions.
