Product Launch Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Launch Manager to lead our New Product Introduction (NPI) activities within the plant.

This role is responsible for collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and HQ/factory on product introductions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and project management, with excellent problem-solving abilities and capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The selected candidate will oversee all NPI activities, including creating and modifying Bill of Materials (BOM) for assembly processes, managing and maintaining Shop Floor Control (SFC) systems and SAP, and understanding the Server and Rack assembly processes.

This role requires a degree or diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years' experience in manufacturing. Strong analytical skills, hardware knowledge, test engineering experience, and ability to troubleshoot complex issues are essential.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
