Accounts Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to handle a full set of accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly financial reports, issuing invoices and statements, and coordinating with external parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Issuing invoices, statement of accounts and reminders
- Issuing payments to suppliers
- Prepare and submit GST
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors
- Attend to owners on enquires regarding their statement
- Supervise and guide junior staff
- Receiving, courier or handling cash/cheques from clients
- Banking of cash/cheques
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting related
- At least 1-2 years of Accounting work experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Meticulous, resourceful & motivated
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
