Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Logistics Manager to oversee the coordination and execution of complex shipping projects. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate all aspects of shipping, from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage shipping documents for export shipments using SAP systems.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and customers to arrange shipments and resolve any documentation issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints related to shipments in a timely manner.
  • Maintain high levels of productivity and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills for effective internal and external communication.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Able to work effectively in a multicultural corporate environment.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
