The Creative Communications Manager will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company's goals and brand voice at CHAGEE Singapore.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic plans for all social channels in our SG market, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
2. Create engaging social content (copywriting, visuals, videos) for various platforms, adhering to the company's brand voice and style guidelines.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and projects.
4. Analyze performance metrics and provide regular social reports and insights to inform future content decisions.
5. Manage multimedia, video, and online media assets for social postings, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
6. Engage directly with social followers through public comments and direct messages, fostering a strong community presence.
7. Source, brief, curate, and approve content with social media agencies and influencers.
8. Perform ad hoc administrative duties such as raising invoices from agencies and influencers.
Requirements:
Excellent command of English in writing and verbal communication skills.
Strong ideation and creativity, thinking outside the box and being resourceful.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced working environment.
Experience in social media marketing and content production.
Understanding of how Capcut and video editing tools work.
