Program Manager

As a Program Manager, you will play a key role in delivering successful programs that meet business requirements and governance frameworks. Your responsibilities will include ensuring program delivery on time, within scope, and budget, as well as managing plan, program milestones, risk, and change management.

  • Ensure overall success of the program by ensuring timely delivery, compliance with governance framework, and alignment to business outcomes.
  • Manage and monitor plan, program milestones, risk, and change management to ensure delivery of the program on schedule, within scope, and budget.
  • Plan and manage the scope of the program, its objectives, and desired outcomes, and ensure alignment of the program to the business outcomes of the Authority.
  • Lead the development of the overall program schedule and activities based on the appropriate methodology, including identifying dependencies, critical path, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Build comprehensive work plans and ensure all team members are on-board with delegated tasks and activities.
  • Conduct regular meetings and provide progress and status reports to stakeholders.
  • Perform stakeholder management, including keeping relevant stakeholders informed of the program status on a timely and regular basis.
  • Manage processes and procedures covering issue and risk management.
  • Manage the program schedule and lead activities towards the successful closure of the program, including performance guarantee and warranty period.
  • Establish and maintain quality standards across all projects, ensuring deliverables meet specified requirements and implementing quality control measures.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans to support successful adoption of program outcomes, including training and engagement strategies.
