Process Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Process Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in guiding products through the entire lifecycle, from initial concept to final qualification.

You will optimize product recipes to ensure peak performance tailored to our customers' needs. This will involve collaborating with our globally recognized R&D teams and working directly with customers in their fabrication facilities to create cutting-edge solutions.

As a Process Support Engineer, you will work across technologies such as Chemical Vapor Deposition, Atomic Layer Deposition, Plasma Reactive Ion Etch, Physical Vapor Deposition, Anneal and Implant.

About the Role

The successful candidate will serve as a liaison between the customer and our Business Unit for assigned projects, ensuring clear understanding of customer issues and delivery of applicable solutions.

You will work closely with customer and field service engineers to optimize tool performance to meet customer process and integration requirements.

  • Utilize data extracted from our equipment and process results to adjust and improve performance.
  • Utilize statistical data to analyze and monitor process trends.

You will also provide customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A PhD/ Master/ Bachelor in Engineering studies.
  • Resourceful, proactive and willing to learn mindset.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Past research or internship experiences in semiconductor process will be an added advantage.
