Experienced Roof Installation and Repair Professional

As a seasoned professional in the roofing industry, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing roofs on residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Your expertise will ensure that all work complies with local building codes and standards.
This role requires a high level of technical skill, attention to detail, and ability to work at heights. You must be proficient in the use of hand and power tools, as well as have experience working with waterproofing membranes and coatings.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of roofing systems, including installation, repair, and replacement methods. You will also be required to inspect roofs and waterproofing systems for damage and wear, and recommend repair or replacement as needed.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in roofing and waterproofing.
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and standards.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
