Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Subsea Network Infrastructure Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in telecommunications and infrastructure development to drive business growth and success.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our growing capacity and footprint needs by managing a portfolio of fiber infrastructure suppliers across the Asia Pacific region. You will identify suppliers, negotiate commercial terms, and support in the execution of supply contracts.

You will also help monitor contract performance, track and ensure supplier compliance, validate supplier budgeting, and renegotiate contract terms as needed. Additionally, you will keep track of price trends in the market to ensure best-in-class commercial terms for Meta.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement supply strategies spanning third-party infrastructure and contributing to Meta builds.
  • Help manage cross-functional infrastructure projects in a matrix organization, covering a range of areas.
  • Develop an understanding and capacity to program manage end-to-end project plans from concept stage through capacity turn-up, ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Gain a broad understanding of the various engineering aspects of an infrastructure project.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in technical/engineering or business related fields.
  • 5 years industry experience in telecommunications and/or large infrastructure program deployment and management.
  • Candidates with experience in analyzing and presenting quantitative and qualitative comparative analysis of investment alternatives and recommendations will be preferred.
