Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1-2 desktop support for hardware / OS troubleshooting, M365 suite, network / printer issues, and video conferencing systems.
  • Manage user lifecycle: onboarding / offboarding, account provisioning, access controls, and software deployment.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and resolve tickets via ITSM tools.
  • Coordinate local IT contractors to ensure service level agreements and deliverables meet targets.
  • Diagnose / escalate hardware / software / network issues to internal teams / vendors.
  • Serve as primary IT contact for offices / sites: troubleshoot Wi-Fi, phones, printers, and digital tools.
  • Conduct employee training on OS, M365, and company applications.
  • Create comprehensive knowledge base articles and user documentation.

Technical Solutions Development:

Design, build, and deploy custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas + Model-Driven) to digitize forms / reports.

Develop SQL databases and integrate with Dataverse / SharePoint / SQL Server.

Automate workflows via Power Automate (approvals, data syncs, notifications).

Project Management:

Oversee software development lifecycle from ideation to deployment using Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Direct validation / testing methods, bug fixes, and performance monitoring.

Deploy IT / Digital / Knowledge Management projects and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Collaboration & Vendor Management:

Work closely with HR / Finance / Ops teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Source / evaluate software for internal / customer projects; specify requirements for vendors.

Manage software subscriptions, licensing, and vendor deployments.

Data Analysis & Compliance:

Create informative Power BI dashboards for operational metrics (ticket trends, asset utilization).

Apply best practices for documentation, security, and regulatory standards.
