Technician Role

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing machining operations to repair aircraft engine components and meeting quality standards.

  • CNC, Lathe Machining, Grinding, Milling & EDM etc.
  • Cross-train to support the repair & overhaul of the aero-engine components by benching, blasting, blending, polishing or using other required mechanical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform total productive maintenance (TPM) on machines.
  • Perform programming and troubleshooting as required by the engineer.
  • Follow procedures and guidelines to meet operational requirements and quality standards.
  • Report any incidents, hazardous conditions, and emergencies to the supervisor.
  • Assess risk of activities and take corrective and preventive actions.
  • Participate in audits and inspections as and when required.
  • Attend EH&S training programs and ensure safety adherence.
Qualifications:
  • GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering or relevant disciplines.
  • Relevant CNC 3-axis, 5-axis or conventional machining experience or keen interests to learn machining operations.
  • Ability to understand basic technical instructions and standard operation procedures (SOP).
  • Comfortable with hands-on work to operate equipment, tools, and machines.
  • Basic oral and written English language skill.
