Job Title: Warehouse Operations Director

As a key member of our team, the Warehouse Operations Director plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of all inbound and outbound shipments. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations and be proficient in office software.

Responsibilities:
The Warehouse Operations Director is responsible for organizing stock and merchandise within the warehouse by properly unboxing and storing goods in their designated location. This includes maintaining accurate records of stocked items and reporting any discrepancies to Customer Service or Superior. Additionally, the Warehouse Operations Director verifies all incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and good condition, and manages and handles shipping, loading, and unloading of goods. A clean and organized workspace is also a priority, with regular housekeeping and equipment maintenance required. Finally, the Warehouse Operations Director must adhere to warehouse safety protocols to avoid personal injury or property damage.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess strong teamwork and communication skills, as well as good integrity, attention to detail, and professional ethics. They will also be highly organized and able to coordinate tasks effectively, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and follow leadership directions. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Software is also essential, as is familiarity with warehouse entry and exit processes and basic computer operations.

Preferred Skills:
The preferred candidate will have experience in warehousing, leadership, and warehouse management, with skills in housekeeping, workplace safety, inventory, supply chain, unloading, weight, and inventory management. They will also possess strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, with a background in supply chain management an asset.
