We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to lead our youth programs. As a Youth Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that meet the needs of young people.
- Develop and manage programs based on youth needs and risk assessments
- Facilitate group work and implement appropriate intervention strategies
- Support case management and engage key stakeholders such as parents and schools
- Manage volunteers to enhance program delivery
- Handle administrative tasks, including documentation and meeting deadlines
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Diploma in Social Sciences with relevant experience in mentoring and working with youths
- Strong engagement and facilitation skills
- Solid knowledge and experience in social work interventions, social policies, and community engagement
- Excellent communication and writing abilities
