Job Title:

Production and Logistics Coordinator


About the Role:
As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our products. This includes assisting with production, operating equipment, conducting quality checks, and maintaining a clean working environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist with the production process, either manually or using automated machinery.
  2. Operate basic production equipment and handle materials safely and efficiently.
  3. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure high standards are met.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
  5. Prepare and pack products for shipping, including labeling and inventory management.
  6. Coordinate with our operations team to arrange logistics and deliveries.
  7. Drive company vehicles to deliver goods to customers, adhering to safety protocols and schedules.
  8. Unload and load goods during delivery, ensuring efficient use of time.
  9. Perform routine maintenance on company vehicles to ensure they remain in good condition.
  10. Support other operational tasks as assigned by your supervisor.


Requirements:
  • Minimum O-Level qualification or equivalent.
  • Valid driving license (Class D/B2).
  • 1-2 years of experience in production, warehouse, or delivery work (an advantage).
  • Physical fitness to handle light-to-moderate lifting.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible working hours may be required.
