Job Title:
Sales Associate - Construction Industry Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and representing the company as a specialist in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales target set by management
  • Represent the company and be recognized as a specialist in the construction industry
  • Identify opportunities from the construction market and potential clients for growth
  • Maintain and manage excellent customer relationships while understanding customer needs and delivering value
  • Evaluate and submit analysis on the potential of new customers
  • Build and maintain a network list with stakeholders (developers, consultants, architects, contractors, etc)
  • Serve as a role model who embraces company vision, mission, and values, with emphasis on personal accountability, business acumen, and disciplined execution
  • Provide material forecasts effectively
  • Work with leadership teams on current trends, issues, problems, and activities to facilitate product development and strategy implementation
  • Work with dealers and customers on terms and conditions to ensure timely payments
  • Monthly reporting to managers as per set format
  • Provide solutions on a case-by-case basis to customers
  • Provide support and troubleshooting to customers

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the construction or related industry and possess own car/motorbike. They should also have hands-on experience with some exposure to construction or related projects sales.
