Operational Team Leader

Job Title: Shift Supervisor

  • Lead and guide field and console operators in their continuous skill development.
  • Manage operating procedure updates and plant improvement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Assume leadership role in emergency response and crisis management during shifts.
  • Execute pre-commissioning, cold/hot commissioning, and operational readiness of new plants.
  • Develop and implement improvements in operating units.
  • Support production ideas for improving profitability, safety, and reliability of facilities.
  • Collaborate with production managers and senior engineers to execute production goals/targets and cost optimization ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and mentor technicians in their professional growth.
  • Manage risk assessments and issue permits for safe work executions.
  • Perform permit-to-work job site risk assessments and issue permits to achieve safe work executions.

Requirements:

Interested candidates should have relevant experience in shift supervision or a related field. A strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures is essential. Good communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
