Job Title: Strategic Network Planner

The primary focus of this role is to develop and implement plans for the design, deployment, and maintenance of next-generation networks.


This includes identifying business opportunities, assessing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs.


A key aspect of this role is to analyze data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.


To succeed in this position, you will need strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Additionally, you will need to have a deep understanding of telecommunications technologies, including 5G, LTE, IMS, SS7, MAP, Diameter, and SIP protocols.


You will also need to possess leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as basic financial knowledge of project procurement, including capital and operational expenditures.


Furthermore, you will need to have a basic understanding of legal contracts, procurement, and financial capabilities in managing capital and operational expenditures.


Other essential skills include knowledge of mobile value-added services, such as mobile charging solutions, short-messaging service, and mobile applications, as well as degree in Engineering majoring in Computer Science, IP networking, Telecommunications, or Information Technology.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement plans for the design, deployment, and maintenance of next-generation networks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, IP Networking, Telecommunications, or Information Technology).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic financial knowledge of project procurement, including capital and operational expenditures.
  • Basic understanding of legal contracts, procurement, and financial capabilities in managing capital and operational expenditures.
