Job Overview:

This role oversees the management of local IT services for a Singapore-based warehouse, ensuring seamless integration with global teams and strategies. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in providing high-quality service delivery, managing day-to-day operations, and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of IT professionals in delivering local IT services, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and employee development.
  • Act as the focal point for all digital activities in Satair Singapore, serving as the interface between business stakeholders and digital teams to collect requirements and feedback.
  • Develop and maintain the SATAIR digital roadmap for all business functions within Satair Singapore.
  • Coordinate implementation of global applications within Satair Singapore and ensure local footprint in global solutions.
  • Specify, implement, and operate new local applications/solutions relevant for digitalization.
  • Drive operational stability of IT services and ensure relevant reporting to Satair Singapore stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Digital leadership position & people management.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, collaboration, and coordination skills.
  • Good knowledge of logistics processes, including warehousing.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure and operations, including ITSM processes.
