Director of Learning and Development

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD) function. As the Director of L&OD, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that enhance employee capability, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a high-performing team of L&D specialists
* Design and deliver scalable learning strategies for a diverse workforce
* Spearhead key organizational development initiatives
* Influence senior stakeholders and drive meaningful change across the business

Ideal Profile:

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in L&OD within large/matrix/multinational organizations. Experience working with diverse workforces is an advantage, along with deep expertise in organizational development, employee engagement, and change management.
