Job Description

As a strategic leader, you will provide vision and direction for academic administration and student services delivery in the school. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning and governing of academic programs and services, as well as leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions using generative AI models.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of academic strategies and initiatives
  • Collaborating with associate deans, division heads, and administrative leads to drive innovation and improvement in academic programs and services
  • Managing cross-college and faculty coordination to ensure seamless delivery of academic programs and services

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A good degree or postgraduate degree from a reputable university
  • At least 15 years' experience in a tertiary educational institution in program administration and development or international engagement
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in strategic planning and innovation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with faculty, staff, students, alumni, corporates, and external partners
  • Proficiency in Python, RPA, and machine learning, with experience in developing and implementing generative AI models for problem-solving and solution designs
