Job Description

Lead the architecture design and execution of projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to design plans. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure building codes and regulations are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Possess a recognized diploma/degree in Architecture with at least ten years of relevant construction experience.
  • Be registered with Singapore Board of Architects for added advantage.
  • Ensure project is built according to design plans and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants and stakeholders to ensure that the building plan meets the necessary building codes and regulations.
  • Ensure key deadlines are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices.
  • Competency in authority requirements and submission procedures.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
