Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned architectural professional to contribute to our team. As a senior architectural designer, you will assist the lead architect in their duties and be responsible for preparing planning applications, design proposals, and tender documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of planning applications and regulatory procedures;
  • Prepare design proposals using computer-aided design (CAD) and traditional drawing methods;
  • Assist in the detailed design process and coordinate design information;
  • Prepare/update tender documentation and construction drawings;
  • Liaise with authorities to obtain statutory approval;
  • Attend site visits and record minutes/discussions;
  • Coordinate site issues with the project architect;
  • Produce and analyze detailed specifications for materials or processes;

Requirements:

  • Relevant Diploma or degree in Architecture;
  • At least 8 years of relevant working experience;
  • Proficient in Vray renderer, 3D max, Adobe Photoshop, and Sketch-up;
  • Knowledge of 3D Autocad, Revit & BIM is required;
  • Able to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment;
  • Possess creativity and attention to detail;
  • A proactive and conscientious team player;
  • Advantageous to have design experience in commercial, mixed-use, and residential projects;
