Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Engineer to join our TikTok Shop engineering team, responsible for supporting the implementation of supply chain and logistics algorithm capabilities. As a key member of this team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop high-performance, high-availability architecture designs and ensure the stability of services.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement high-performance architecture for TikTok Shop Logistics algorithm online services and data processing link infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex engineering problems and improve R&D efficiency.
  • Abstract and precipitate general business architecture, improving reusability and supporting high-speed iteration of business scenarios.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
  • 5 years experience developing highly scalable backend services and systems using at least one of Java/Golang/Python.
  • Familiarity with mainstream KV (Redis/MongoDB), ElasticSearch, and vector retrieval architecture.
  • Experience with multi-threading and high-performance design, coding, and performance tuning.
