
Sales Support Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our sales team, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and excellent customer experience.
Job DescriptionThe Sales Support Operations Specialist will be responsible for:
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely order processing;
- Closely coordinating with sales representatives to guarantee that all sales orders are accurate and complete;
- Effective communication and collaboration with the warehouse team to ensure prompt delivery of sales orders;
- Obtaining approval from management for releasing customer orders affected by credit holds or overdue invoices;
- Maintaining order submissions, monitoring, and management;
- Monitoring incoming stock levels;
- Applying prices and updating pricelists;
- Preparing monthly sales, inventory, and order reports;
- Providing ad-hoc marketing support as needed;
- Performing other duties assigned by management.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Marketing, or related fields;
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot tables and VLOOKUP) and Word;
- 2-3 years of relevant hands-on experience in sales support.
