Construction Project Manager Position Available

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Resident Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising major construction supervision, including site inspection, meetings, and review of drawings and method statements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise construction activities in accordance with customer specifications, applicable codes, standards, and best practices.
- Carry out independent design checks for temporary falsework and formwork support systems.
- Monitor and report on work progress, ensuring that quality records are maintained.
- Review and comment on contractor submissions, focusing on safety, environmental, and health matters.
- Support Senior Resident Engineers and the Quality Professional with projects.
Requirements:
- Civil Engineering Degree or Structural Engineering from an established institution, with experience as a Resident Engineer.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction supervision and project management.
- Strong knowledge of Civil and M&E works, Singapore building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
