Job Overview
The company seeks a Business Systems Analyst to join its IT Department in Singapore. The successful candidate will be part of a multi-site project team and work closely with stakeholders from both the onshore IT business lines and offshore technical teams.

About Us
Luxoft is the corporate and investment banking arm of The Group, one of the world's largest banks by total assets. Our department works daily with international branches located in 30 markets worldwide, envisioning and preparing the Bank's futures information systems, partnering and supporting core banking flagships and transverse areas in their large-scale development projects, and providing premium In-house Banking applications.

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Business analysis - QA testing activities and a strong background in requirements life cycle management, analysis planning, and monitoring. Key responsibilities include eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from various stakeholders, working with the Product Owner to prioritize requirements and decompose them into detailed user stories, translating requirements into comprehensive functional specifications, and collaborating with development teams to ensure that the software design aligns with the functional specifications and meets the defined requirements.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a technical background with shell script and SQL/PLSQL knowledge, as well as proficiency in .NET Core / Java and Azure DevOps. You should also be familiar with techniques to elicit and manage requirements, as well as software development models including Agile methodologies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are also required. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to new technologies is necessary. Finally, you should be passionate about sharing expertise and growing team members' skills.
