Job Title: Contact Center Representative
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Contact Center Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and care.
You will work closely with clients to resolve their queries, provide billing information, and support patient inquiries. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively handle complex situations, and your proactive approach will ensure timely resolution of issues.
In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also be required to:
- Follow up on hospital bill payments and manage receivables
- Provide support in navigating digital payment portal services
- Send statements of accounts and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Customer-oriented with a passion for helping others
- Proactive, committed, and self-motivated
- Team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- At least a Higher Secondary/Pre-U/A Level/College education or relevant certification
We offer a competitive salary of S$2.5K to S$3K and a 12-month contract renewable and convertible. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a collaborative team.
Others:Please note that prior call center experience is a plus, but not necessary. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are eager to learn and grow with our organization.
Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Location: Bukit Merah Central.
