Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope:

· Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally, with empathy and care

· Follow up on hospital bill payments and manage receivables

· Provide billing information and support patient inquiries

· Assist customers in navigating digital payment portal services

· Send statements of accounts and maintain accurate records

· Collaborate with team members to improve service processes

· Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring quality service

Requirements:

· Good in verbal and written communication skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

· Customer-oriented with a passion for helping others

· Proactive, committed, and self-motivated

· Team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

· At least a Higher Secondary/Pre-U/A Level/College education or relevant certification

· Prior call center experience is a plus

Additional Information:

· Salary – S$2.5K to S$3K

· Contract duration: 12-month contract renewable and convertible

· Commencement Date: Immediate

· Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

· Location: Bukit Merah Central
