  • Develop and maintain guiding principles and best practices for company Analytics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for RMIT Business and IT support teams.
  • Offer consulting services for Analytic tools and capabilities.
  • Consolidate, prioritize, and manage base and project analytics requirements.
  • Deliver new, enhanced, or remediated solutions for Business.
Requirements:
  • More than 10 years of experience in IT.
  • Experience in SDLC, AGILE methodology, and ITIL process.
  • Experience in working with vendors or developers to gather project requirements, conduct functional and user testing, automate the deployment process using CICD DevOps tools.
  • Proficient in testing and implementing configuration changes to software applications to meet both functional and technical requirements.
  • Has oversight responsibility for the delivery of the technology solution and trains and evaluates new and less experienced members of the team.
  • Great analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Report generation and data analysis. Proficient in MS Office.
