We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in Pharmaceutical Engineering.

To achieve successful project delivery, it is crucial to effectively manage and control the full-cycle project schedule.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring timely project completion while meeting quality, safety, and compliance requirements.

  • Schedule Development:
    • Develop and maintain master schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
    • Coordinate inputs from design, procurement, construction, and validation teams.
    • Sequence key activities based on pharmaceutical schedule logic and process flows.
  • Progress Tracking & Control:
    • Weekly update of site progress, monitoring critical paths and buffer time.
    • Identify potential delays and support mitigation or recovery planning.
    • Manage milestone schedules linked to equipment installation and validation.
  • Reporting & Communication:
    • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and 3-week lookahead schedules.
    • Provide scheduling input during project and client meetings.
    • Support preparation of Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and claims.
  • Risk Control & Coordination:
    • Participate in project risk reviews, integrating schedule-related risks into the risk register.
    • Work with construction, safety, and logistics teams to optimize sequencing.
  • Validation Interface (if applicable):
    • Coordinate with validation team to meet IQ/OQ readiness milestones.
