
Senior Sales Leader

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our expansion into new markets.
This role will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing sales team across South East Asia, driving revenue growth and increasing market share through strategic account management and team leadership.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with expertise in guiding and motivating high-performing teams, influencing and negotiating complex deals, and driving customer success.
- Owning and managing key customer relationships to drive business growth and expand Veracity's presence in the region.
- Developing and executing strategies to increase market share, identify new opportunities, and develop new markets and products.
- Actively promoting Veracity's ServiceNow solutions, products, and services to prospects, customers, and partners via various channels.
- Building and maintaining in-depth knowledge of products, industry trends, and competition to stay ahead in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Leading, guiding, and motivating a senior sales, presales, and marketing team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strategic Account Management: Owning and managing key customer accounts directly.
- Market Development: Developing and executing strategies to increase market share and identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven sales leadership experience with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills to build alignment, close complex deals, and drive customer success.
- Strong team management and leadership abilities with experience in guiding and motivating high-performing sales teams.
- Ability to develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products, industry trends, and competition.
