Role Summary
A part-time position for a Finance and Administrative Professional is available. The selected candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including events coordination, document sorting and filing.
- Key responsibilities include recording of payables and receivables;
- Reconciliation of bank accounts;
- Follow-up of payments received and ageing invoices;
- Monthly preparation of payroll;
- Monthly timesheets collection and control;
The ideal candidate should possess knowledge in accounting and bookkeeping, as well as experience with Xero or QuickBooks. Good numerical skills with Excel are also essential.
