Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Onboarding and Review
  • Processing Bank Deposits and Withdrawals
  • Cash, Trades, and Positions Reconciliation
  • Assisting in Automating Operations Controls and Processes to Enhance Efficiency (e.g., VBA, Python)
  • Contributing to Other Activities that Drive Long-term Company Growth


Minimum Qualifications:
  • A Positive Attitude towards Learning New Skills and Taking on Challenges
  • Ability to Thrive in a Fast-paced Environment
  • Attention to Detail
  • Team Player


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Availability to Start in December 2024 or January 2025
  • Commitment to Work Full-time for at Least 6 Months
  • Based in Singapore - No Sponsorship for Work Passes Will Be Provided
