About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at NCS PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, maintain, and administer RHEL environments for production and non-production systems hosting the ServiceNow platform.
  • Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including OS and ServiceNow platform health checks, patches, and upgrades.
  • Support and maintain regular tasks, such as monthly reports generation and user access matrix review.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely support to end-users and mentoring junior team members.
  • Maintain documentation related to managed servers, ServiceNow platform, and related configurations.
  • Ensure compliance with NCS and project security guidelines, requirements, and policies.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • More than 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Deployment, Microsoft Windows, LINUX, and ServiceNow.
