**Process Operations Specialist Role**
The core of our organization's success hinges on the expertise of skilled process operators, responsible for overseeing and maintaining operational efficiency across process units and equipment.
This role requires a diligent individual who can diagnose and rectify systems and components' faults in accordance with established procedures and specifications.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as equipment checks, start-up and shutdown operations, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Carry out filter replacements, isolate piping systems for plant start-up, shutdowns, product grade changes, and troubleshooting activities to prevent disruptions.
- Adjust process parameters under supervision to optimize process operations, achieving maximum efficiency.
- Commission and decommission process equipment, perform emergency shutdown of process equipment to ensure safety and minimize downtime.
- Properly handle and blend non-conforming products, prepare plant equipment for maintenance to maintain quality standards.
- Mix and dilute chemicals for process operations, adhering to strict protocols to ensure environmental sustainability.
Key Qualifications:
- Proficient in operating process control systems, able to troubleshoot complex issues and implement corrective actions.
- Familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
