Global Trade Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Trade Manager to oversee the daily tasks of our import and export department. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales expert to manage and coordinate with various teams, including production and culinary development, to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee import and export department tasks on a daily basis, ensuring seamless operations and meeting customer expectations.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers through regular communication and ensure satisfactory service levels.
  • Coordinate with the Production department for scheduled order planning, ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Update customer prices and manage pricing lists in accordance with market trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare analytical reports and statistics to review current export sales performance with management, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Plan overseas exhibitions and training trips for distributors, promoting our brand globally.
  • Organize local events, such as trade shows, to showcase our brand globally.
  • Collaborate with the Culinary Development team on training materials and sample preparation requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the company.
Requirements:
  • Sales expertise, including knowledge of market trends and customer needs.
  • Cost management skills, ensuring efficient operations and cost savings.
  • Supply chain knowledge, managing relationships with suppliers and distributors.
  • Marketing abilities, promoting our brand globally and driving business growth.
  • Compliance understanding, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Statistical analysis skills, preparing analytical reports and statistics.
  • Excellent customer service, maintaining good relationships with customers.
  • Sourcing and shipping expertise, managing import and export operations.
  • International trade experience, navigating global trade regulations and customs procedures.
