Project Development Specialist

The Project Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all project deliverables are met, and that the project is completed within the predetermined timeframe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Drawing Preparation: Develop and prepare construction shop drawings, details drawings, and as-built drawings using Autocad and Revit software.
  • Coordinated Drawings: Coordinate architectural, structural, and M&E drawings to ensure seamless integration.
  • Drawing Registry Management: Prepare and update drawing registries to maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of project documents.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate material and production costs to inform project budgeting decisions.
  • Collaborative Support: Assist project and other departments with drawing documentation to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Relevant Certificate/Degree or equivalent, and at least 3 years of relevant experience in building construction.
