Job Title: Semiconductor Device Expert

The Role is to manage Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) tools, create and optimize recipes for AOI equipment, and coordinate with Process Engineering team for real-time feedback of defect rates.

You will also be responsible for analyzing Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts for bump characteristics, performing Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and supporting Metrology tools.

In addition, you will enforce correct processing in the production line based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and working instructions.

Key responsibilities include managing Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) tools, creating and optimizing recipes for AOI equipment, coordinating with Process Engineering team for real-time feedback of defect rates, analyzing Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts for bump characteristics, performing Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and supporting Metrology tools.

This role requires a strong understanding of semiconductor device manufacturing processes and experience with Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) tools.

A successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with recipe creation and optimization, process control, and metrology tools.

Benefits include competitive salary range: $2500 - $3500, working hours 7:00am - 7:10pm / 7:00pm - 7:10am, shift allowance: $10 (day) / $15 (night), and rotating shifts.
