Food Preparation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation, developing Commis chefs, contributing to kitchen profitability, and supervising your designated section according to Hilton policies and procedures.

You will be motivated and committed, eager to learn new skills to improve performance, flexible, responding positively to changing requirements, supportive of team goals through cooperation, focused on customer service, always keeping guests in mind, taking responsibility and initiative to resolve issues, communicating clearly with customers and colleagues, promoting creativity and consistency in food taste and presentation, following Food Safety Management policies and guidelines, adhering to Hilton Fire & Safety procedures, observing all hotel policies and procedures, and performing additional tasks as delegated to ensure outstanding service.

Requirements- Prior experience as a Demi Chef de Partie
- Supervising and developing Commis Chefs, ensuring standards and safety compliance
- Delegating duties appropriately and providing performance feedback
- Understanding rules and regulations, maintaining employee morale
- Assisting with performance appraisals and communicating core values
