Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Process Development Specialist to lead mechanical and process engineering tasks, including design, equipment sizing, and technical calculations.

  • Create and review engineering documents such as P&IDs, PFDs, mass balances, hydraulic and pressure drop calculations.
  • Develop and approve mechanical equipment data sheets, plant layouts, piping arrangements, and skid assembly drawings.
  • Evaluate system designs against contractual performance guarantees and safety standards.
  • Support procurement activities by preparing RFQs and addressing technical clarifications.
  • Compose functional descriptions, control philosophies, and commissioning procedures.
  • Participate in client meetings, HAZOP reviews, and factory acceptance tests.
  • Contribute to proposal reviews during bid preparation and support site commissioning activities.

The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in water or wastewater treatment process design. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD is required.
