Metrology Process Development Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Metrology Process Development Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on developing advanced process development tasks, driving understanding of new metrology technology and measurement techniques in 3D NAND technology.
Key Responsibilities- Develop SEM, OCD, or other metrology-related equipment
- Own applications and develop processes for new nodes, including supporting Fab4 in the development of recipes/models of wafers running in Fab4
- Identify and provide solutions for inline detection in collaboration with process engineer and process integration
- Identify modeling opportunities using metrology and detection data to explain electrical failed signature at probe
- Collaborate with US TD Metro team on technology choices for upcoming nodes and translate future technology device needs into clear equipment roadmap requirements
- Work closely with planning team to understand Model-on-record (MOR) impact of new technology and maintain MOR accuracy to enable successful technology ramp
- Influence vendor equipment roadmap to enable new technology development
- Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering would be advantageous
- Relevant experience (>2 years) in Metrology Process Development
- Capable of international travel up to 3-5 months
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
