Job Title:
Junior Retail Sales Associate
About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our retail team as a Junior Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service experience to all customers visiting our retail stores.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge of in-store products to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Process sales transactions, upsell merchandise, and perform cashiering duties efficiently.
  • Assist with stock inventory management, including stock checks, availability, and damaged stocks.
  • Perform housekeeping duties and visual merchandising standards to maintain a clean and attractive store environment.
