We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate - Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting products, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and memorable
  • Develop product knowledge and share style tips to enhance the customer shopping experience
  • Maintain a well-organized store appearance, including stocking shelves, tidying displays, and organizing the backroom
  • Support store activities and events, demonstrating flexibility with scheduling
