Contract Management Professional

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Contract Management Professional to oversee the management of contracts, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and corporate policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract principles and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and Reviewing Contracts: Assist business teams in drafting and reviewing contracts to ensure consistency and accuracy of legal and commercial terms.
  • Collaboration and Service Delivery: Collaborate with business teams to provide day-to-day service delivery and facilitate successful contract executions.
  • Centralized Contract Registry: Maintain the central contract registry and repository, ensuring all contracts are up-to-date.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Work with business teams, management, and head office to ensure contract terms comply with industry regulations and corporate policies.

Vendor Management

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Subject matter expert on centralized outsourcing process and ensure continuous operationalization of process.
  • Vendor Onboarding and Offboarding: Provide support to contacts of business and/or project teams on outsourcing vendors and project-related sourcing.
  • Vendor Governance: Implement and execute vendor contract management processes, including onboarding and offboarding processes, monitoring, and governance of vendors.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Contract Performance Insights: Leverage data by developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to provide insights into contract performance, vendor performance, and other key contract-related metrics.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, Law, or Information Technology.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of MAS Notices and Guidelines.
  • Familiarity with Industry Practices: Familiar with industry practices and ensure agreements fulfill commercial and statutory requirements.
  • Work Experience: Min. 5 years' relevant working experience in managing projects and vendor management contracts.
