Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the IT Operations team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality network services and infrastructure management.
  • Network System Engineering: Design, implement, and maintain complex network systems, including LAN/WAN, IP Telephony, Routing, Wireless Backhaul, and Data Centre Networking Technology.
  • Infrastructure Management: Manage and perform expert-level network maintenance, upgrades, and configurations, identifying and resolving complex network problems.
  • Security Management: Develop and implement security policies and procedures, ensuring the protection of our network infrastructure and data.
  • Project Management: Lead the design, planning, and implementation of network-related projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Team Management
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Infrastructure, Security, and Development, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of network services.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in network system engineering, infrastructure management, and security, with a strong background in virtualization, systems, storage, backup, network, database, and cloud technologies.
  • Skills: Expert knowledge of load balancing platforms, virtualization hypervisors, systems, storage, backup, network, database, and cloud technologies, including Azure cloud engagement, network virtualization, and VSAT broadband experience.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications, such as CCNP, CCIP, or CCIE, are advantageous.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills, ability to influence stakeholders, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, with occasional travel required.

Salary: $8,500 to $9,200.
